Our Story

We started Deep Roots with a vision of elevating the salon experience for clients and stylists alike. We wanted to create a home where our talented team could continue to grow and evolve, and our clients could put their trust in our expertise and commitment to making them look and feel beautiful.

In 2018, we opened our first salon in Austin. Since then, Deep Roots owners Melanie Jacobs and Haven Tibbetts have expanded to three uniquely designed locations and grown from a dedicated team of 7 to over 70 members. At the heart of our business is a commitment to education, continually adding new products and services to inspire our stylists and clients. We are driven to push the boundaries of excellence, make a difference in the lives of those we serve, and help our team grow their careers. Ultimately, it’s all about helping you feel great and making a lasting impact!
