DEEP ROOTS ATX SALON POLICIES

Deep Roots is dedicated to giving our clients an exceptional experience when receiving a service from one of our stylists. In order to provide the very best service to our clientele, we kindly ask that no children under the age of 14 be brought to the salon unless a service is being performed on the child themselves. We understand that occasionally circumstances arise that make it difficult to schedule childcare, however if this occurs please notify us and we will reschedule you as promptly as possible based on the stylist’s schedule.
Deep Roots does not rebook clients who no-show or no-call a stylist. In the event that an emergency occurred, we will rebook the appointment if the client prepays 50% of the total cost of the service.
For all product purchases, Deep Roots will only accept returned product within 30 days of purchase, and refunds will be in the form of credit towards future product purchases.
We require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment that is scheduled for Tuesday - Saturday. If your appointment is on a Monday, we require cancellation by 4pm on the Saturday prior. If the cancellation is made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time, it will be considered a no-show and the same policy is applied as that of a no-show.
We pride ourselves on giving our clientele the very best service and experience, however if you are not pleased with a service provided by one of our stylists, there is a four day window from the date of service to make Deep Roots ATX Salon aware of the situation. Redo’s and refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis if we are made aware within the four days. If notice is given beyond the fourth day from the time of service, a redo request will be considered a new service, and must be paid for in full.
